Card payments go through Stripe
Hively bills through Stripe invoices, and you pay on Stripe's own payment page. Card numbers never reach Hively's servers.
Where client data is stored
Hively's main client database runs on Supabase-managed Postgres, which encrypts stored data at rest. Some client-specific systems also keep records on Hively's own server.
A data processing addendum in every agreement
Every client services agreement includes a Data Processing Addendum, an AI disclosure and a mutual non-disclosure agreement, all signed with the agreement itself.
Phone numbers aren't for sale
We don't share, sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for marketing. Our privacy policy has the details.
