HIVELY
AI employees for local business
Hively's AI receptionist answers every med spa call and DM, books consultations and treatments, takes deposits, and follows up on memberships — so your team stays focused on clients in the chair. Serving Satellite Beach, Florida and surrounding areas.
Satellite Beach is a small barrier-island town across A1A from Patrick Space Force Base. Local service workload is roof, HVAC, and hurricane-prep heavy because of salt-air corrosion and seasonal storm risk. Service calls cluster sharply around National Hurricane Center forecast updates — a single tropical system advisory can triple inbound call volume for two days. Hively absorbs the spike without hiring temp seasonal staff.
These are the problems med spas business owners in Satellite Beach deal with every day. Hively fixes all of them.
Missing booking calls while injecting or treating a client
Losing high-value consultation requests to voicemail
No-shows on expensive treatment slots with no deposit system
Instagram and Facebook DMs piling up unanswered overnight
Every AI agent is custom-built for your specific med spas business in Satellite Beach, FL, and our team handles the setup.
Answers calls, texts, and social DMs about Botox, filler, facials, laser, and memberships. Books consultations and treatments directly into your calendar.
Takes deposits on high-value treatment slots at booking time through Stripe — protects your calendar from no-shows on premium appointments.
Replies to Instagram, Facebook, and website inquiries in under 5 seconds — the moment a prospect is interested, not hours later.
Nudges clients to rebook on schedule (every 3-4 months for filler, monthly for facials) and promotes membership upgrades automatically.
